Spring sprung about a month ago.

I really behind on blogging my thoughts.
I have a sinus cold.I feel horrible could
feel worse Hope it doesnt get there.

I have a new floor , It exciting!
Birch laminate looks like real hardwood.
30 yr warranty probably outlast me even it not
I probably will not care at that time of the Life.
Kitchen,dining,lr,halls all flow the same and
the bedrooms are carpet. Much nicer than walking
on painted subfloors.
If felt better i would try to post a phot or 2.

OH YEAH!!!

WEll 3 inches is more than we have had in many
many years that I remember.
Yea I did put those pink boots Back!!
SoB , so cute, but I am too old for Cute. Whatever!

Yea so I went out...(looked 15 minutes for the
yardstick i had yesterday.....
couldn't find )I grabbed a round dow stick
and put on my white nursing solid grip shoes
and headed to the front yard in my PJ and warm
and cap ,no time to look for rhe gloves!

Using the rusty God given pointer finger,I measured
3 inches!
WOOPEE for a few hours!

I t's been a Ugly DAY

I rarely don't say things like that even if i think it.
Just try to ,Just try to move on, but this day has been ugly,
no SUN I MISS THE SUN!!!!!!!
I have not gotten anything but a few dishes washed.
Breakfast consist of eating dry granola without MILK.
I choked and cough til I had to quite eating it.
Mike has napped most of the day. I tried since I got
in bed so late,very unusal to to so; I got approx
6 hour and felt like I had none.
But nap time was interrupted by a series of text messages
and 2 phone called. so I got an hour nap.

And the sun still has not had time to rise . I guess the SUN
is tired and wants a nap too!

I should go do something fun.
what would that be?????????

It is Raining and it is not suppose to do that til Thursday

I have some relief that now something
is in plan for a certain situation.
Though no one reads or much else comments
YOU never know if it is read. Some things
You might like to write but some things are
private.
My prayer is that this will help to relief a
lot of stress on a particular individual
that I Love More
than I know how to describe.

I Was wanting to write a scripture . So many of us
will read blogs and books and magazines but find
it hard to read from our Bibles that we say we
can not do without.
Well in reality it our cell phones, our i-pods
our facebook accounts, our entertainment:
whether it is our wide-screen TV, our Wii systems,
our X-Boxes games, video,DVDs, candy bars
soda, gas in our cars.

Need I say more?
You understand were I am going.
WE say one thing and mean another,
total opposite of what we say!

A Third Day in Feburary

Well the groundhog saw his shadow yesterday,YAY!
I just need a day to plant those bulbs that I did not get planted this past fall. I will get it done on a warmer day.

I woke today with a headache; who knows the cause of such discomfort.
Perhaps it was the junk food I ate last night after work after 9 pm.
Wendy cheeseburger,chex mix, walnuts and 1/3 of a Hersey bar and a soda.
All junk except for the walnuts. Perhaps it was a little bit of a cold room,perhaps the changing climate.
I also had another crazy dream. It stemmed I am sure from the fact of a need to help Jeff though "what to do regarding the 1500 dollar debt with CUD. This actually being no fault of their own. Mike says Murfreesboro and Smyrna both would write that off. He should know he works for Smyrna. With CUD being private he not so sure. Though the person over CUD is related to us. My mom is his great aunt, so I would be his second cousin and Jeff would be third cousins (if that the way you call kinship)
I hope he has mercy on him and I hope we can see him today.

Several days ago I had a nightmare. This involved my 2 great nieces. I was at the side of a steep hill and needing to get to a path that was higher I chose to use the trees that was on the side of the hill to travel from one point to the other. I reached the point on not being able to go anywhere.I was high in a tree and looking down I would see my nieces playing near a lake. There was a small alligator in the water and he appear to know they where on the land near by. The alligator swam fast to the shore and seeing this not able to get down I think i may have been yelling at them and they started running up the hill ,but he alligator grabbed the younger and ran up her trouser leg and she fell and rolled down the hill I think into the water ,I can't remember what happen ;I think the older one was trying to help but scared. I just woke up from all the fright. ---- Mercy what a crazy dream. Scared me bad. Maybe it it's the chocolate I have eaten before bed. I should not eat chocolate before I go to bed.
So today I am needed.
Jeff need someone to help him .
Anna wants to go Spring shopping.
Abby (white dog) needs a bath.
Mike needs a good meal cooked.
the hospital wanted me to work
(that would make 4 in a row(12hr--NO WAY without a deal-
like cutting out a shift-which was not mentioned)

I think I need some oatmeal
and the dogs need feeding.
Belle need to come in and get warm.(Chihuahua)

First day of second month 2009

A beautiful Sunday.
I learned that Fred Kittrell die this past week.
He was a Christian college mentor when I was in college.
A dear man. I miss him but will always remember him.
He had much love for the youth.

It is suppose to be winter tomorrow. so enjoy today.
I saw Nyla today,and gave her the calendar I bought her,
she liked it. I love Lucy calendar.

I work tomorrow and I suppose on Tuesday I will go
with Jeff and try to see if CUD is going to decrease the
Amount of water leak $1500 to a sizable decrease.
I would hope that the person over it will have mercy
and erase that bill since it was not water used. It is
very hard to believe that the meter had been read monthly.
They probably skip a month or two. You would think that his
yard would have been flooded with that amt of water.

have a sunny day tomorrow I certainly hope so.

THe President's First day at work.

It is noteworthy that the President and First Lady
attended service early this am.
I am Proud to have voted for him.
I believe he has revived the American people ,
not just the ones of color.
I got to watch bits and pieces of yesterday's
events. I am impressed with President Obama
and his family. He is a very smart man. I am excited
and anxious to see what the days bring.

One thing that I did not get to view was the closing
prayer.I did on You Tube the comment at the end of people
of brown be around, yellow skin be mellow, red get a head
and the white embrace right. This does not offend me
because actually they have.
They help elect OUR President.

But not all white embrace right,
not all black,brown, red or yellow embrace right.
People that embrace right know they have.

One thing in well all do is use rhyme
when applying telemetry leads,
the white dot is place on the right,
why? "white is right",it rhymes.

Posting a day late---

It was Happy 27 th Birthday for Jeff my
first,only and favorite son, on Janurary 7th
We went to Cracker Barrel last night to enjoy a home
cooked meal.( We boxed Jeff up, since he hardly touch it.)
I know what it means to pray without ceasing.
Jeff need prayers of blessing to help him through a
period many people have and many have not gone thru.

I pray GOD will bless him.

A NEW YEAR "2009"

I did make it it see the Old year tick into a New one.
I worked the eve of and met Mike for a late dinner at Ruby Tuesday's,
they were not busy like many of the surrounding restaurants nearby.
I suppose it not as "hip" but the transformation they made over a year ago
definitely change the appearance.
There are just so many restaurants to go to now.
I was glad not to have to have a 20 minute wait, but go right in and be seated.

When we return home I picked up several magazines,cookbook and the remote, determined to remain up to greet the new year and sent text message to my kids.
I really love taking the day off on the first day of the year :)

Now I really need to start the New Year with changes.

So whatever you may wish to change ,good luck, you will probably need some!

I wonder how it was the have a Birthday so close to Christmas.
The Eve ,the Day , the day after anywhere of the week of .
Disappointing I would think , SO PARENTS plan your child not the week of Christmas.
UNLESS..... it perhaps .....it was Christmas Day!!

Who wouldn't not want to share that day with Jesus. I know the day is not certain but the idea is the same.

I woke with a HEADACHE this am. perhaps because I went out side yesterday several times without my head covered. Or perhaps because I had not drank enough water .
I should be drinking 90 + ounces, Ahem....... since I have gotten to the weigh double that number. Lack of water can cause headache and dry eyes , remember that!

After 3 cups of Joe and 2 mayo sausage biscuits and a min carrot cake,my headache is gone.

I truly am enjoying this am, off work ,a big relief and I can do or not do anything. So far I have been reading my new magazine BEST HOLIDAY
RECIPES from Taste of Home. Pictures of every recipe (course it make one want to try them all and perhaps once day(I doubt it) I will have made all 320 Christmas classics!

Well this am was all quiet,when I settle down with my Joe and bkfst: but I hear this rattle of tin foil and not to my surprise I saw a little long thin mouse,poor thing he was probably after the carrot cake I had previously placed in the microwave. I guess I should of let him or her had it.

Well I leaving my Christmas up until at the New Year comes in.
WHY not!?
If anyone know how I can get bright white lights to replace MRS Stewart's smoked-burned out ones let me know. I think it is a 600 lighted tree- I might as well buy a NEW ONE .. it'll cost 70 dollars to replace the bulbs!!

I do want to thank my family for the wonderful presents we both got. "THANK YOU, Anna,John,Jeff and Jennifer and to my sisters and friends.

It's Christmas Day is IT?

Merry Christmas !!

It's Christmas Day is it?

That is the words of my 4 tear old son'
twenty two years ago.
A 4 year old is a magical little person.
They are curious,charming and loving.
Full of adventure; all sorts of wisdom is
being absorbed in their minds.

I got up as t 0215 this AM , not to wrap
or open presents, but to put the turkey
in the oven. Simple ... right.. Well the
turkey needs to cook about 3-4 hours and
my cake need to be baked. Therefore the cake
had to be mixed then and get in ahead of the turkey.

You just can't throw the turkey in, well some
person might do that but the giblets would be
cooked in it wrapped paper and it would not be
seasoned.
Anyhow,I need to clean chop celery,onion and
an apple and stuff the bird with that with a
stick of butter. Once that little "stuff" was
done I slid the bird into the baking bag and
roasting pan and placed on the bottom rack on
top of my round stone (so the bottom of the
turkey would not burn.

Then on to preparing the cake to make it that
wonderful tasty.
I could have snuck back as to bed but I thought
Mike has to work and He would love his wonderful
Mayo's sausage, so I had to remove the turkey from
the oven cook some biscuits (canned) and sausage etc,
then returning the turkey I think it was 4 AM.

I recheck the icing recipe, and decided to use the
one that added pineapple to the top of the sheet cake
and using sour cream,confection sugar and cool whip.

YUM,was on the spoon!

By 4:30 Mike would be up so I had to wish him a
Merry Christmas and sip some Christmas coffee with him.
Now I am sleepy,tired and need to rise and meet the day...........
but I think , all would be well if I sleep in at least til 8 AM.Hum I can smell the turkey it smells "Christmasy"

Have a "MERRY CHRISTMAS" today.

Christmas Countdown!

Today starts countdown to Christmas.
Though I work Christmas ,we are moving the forward
by one day,YAY!

Well today iI must remove the ornaments and restring
my pe-lit tree, pre-lit trees last us one season.

I found the white string white light ones at Target and they
were 30% off.
So off comes the ornanments and You know the rest.

Congrads to all the graduates this Dec. and to the ones that are
getting ready for new adventures, that would include those that
have found there soul mate and others that have new beginings.

Actually this is the 3 rd time I have tried to write something .
I have apparently accidently hit something that cause it to be deleted.
So with the patience and knowing or how important this really is...AHEM...
I have began again.
I am trying to heat the house with a several candle burning.
It is COlD!

well b 4 I delete this I am posting and will let you know how thing are going .
Now the Christmas music needs to be playing .

December 7th

A week has past and I hve lagged in writing .
I do have a fracture in foot. It may be more
than one; it does bother me a lot.

I worked 13 hours yesterday and thought

I can't do this again.
I feel compelled to do so.
So I will probably try again, tomorrow.
I suppose,something tell me I should not.
I have found a new site and want to subscribe
to it or at least put it on my blog ,
in case someone else my like it.

December 2008

Actually today felt like a December day. \
I received a call approx 715 from Jennifer
my daughter in law) that her car was
having some serious problems
she had parked it at a veterinarian office.
It was still under warranty ,Jeff took it to
the Toyota dealership on his lunch break.
They found the problem and fixed it. Yay!

Warranties are good.

I decided since I was out to go to a
walk in clinic to determine the cause
of my pain,and swelling of my left foot.
I was told it was not fractured but that
it did show osteoarthritis.

December is fast approaching

Today is the last day of NOVEMBER 2009

This is the first time I think that I put
my tree up in November. White with shades
of blue ornaments.
I still have to find some special ornaments.

I put a stuff Panda in a chair,
later i found the stuffing of Panda on
the floor,What does a pup get out of
pulling out his stuff??????????
there was a large opening in the belly,
thank goodness he didnt tear the Panda up.
Stuffing is back in the bear.

Well I hungry and it is late guess I should
look for a celery stick to eat. Hot cocoa
sounds good. Hum..........

I need to go to the Dr tomorrow and see
why my foot hurts. I hope I can get in tomorrow

It is suppose to snow tonight -- we will see .
I really want SNOW BUT NOT YET!!!!!!!
I having hard enough time walking I can't
imagine walking in snow with a cripple foot.

Sitting on the couch waiting for the time to jump run
and do an hour's plus am duties b 4 hitting the road
to financial paycheck.
It amazing how much time it takes to actually get
somewhere when u really have 2.
